1. Simulation Only — No Financial Advice

GhostCoin Lab is a paper-trading simulation. No real trades are executed and no real funds are accepted, transferred, or custodied. Information provided (including prices from third parties like Dexscreener) is for educational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region).

3. Use of Service

• Interact with the Telegram bot to simulate buys/sells using virtual funds (vUSDC).
• Do not misuse the Service, attack our infrastructure, or circumvent limits/rate-limits.
• Prices and availability may be delayed, incorrect, or temporarily unavailable.

4. Third-Party Content

The Service may display data or links from third parties (e.g., Dexscreener). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or availability.

5. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Accounts, Leaderboards & Seasons

Virtual balances, leaderboards, and “seasons” are fictional and for gameplay. We may reset or modify balances, rules, or seasons at any time, including weekly resets and winner snapshots.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Automated scraping or API abuse beyond fair use.
• Breaking, overloading, or bypassing controls.
• Using the Service for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, artwork, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute except as permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
